Vinyl Weld
The joints are welded with a triple pass seam. The first pas ensures that the vinyl is melted and bonded to together at the inside joint. The second pass binds the vinyl together under the overlap.
The third pass creates a waterproof seal to avoid water from penetrating. This special welding process guarantees that your new sundeck is both strong and waterproof.
